Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1.     DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

When you want to gift that special someone just what they’re looking for, Book Your Lifestyle Gift Cards are the perfect gifting solution. Be it Christmas gifts, birthday presents, wedding gifts, or just "gifts", our cards are available for any value, and can be redeemed at over 150 salons in London directly bookable at www.bookyourlifestyle.com. Your recipient can choose to spend their gift cards right away or within 12 months of the date of issue. 

In these terms and conditions the following definitions apply unless otherwise stated: 

  1. Gift Cards are redeemable at the appropriate Pound Sterling value against venues that are bookable online at www.bookyourlifestyle.com. Simply enter the Gift Card Code in the box on checkout. 
  2. Gift Cards will be sent either by email or by registered post, to the email address or postal address you enter at the time of purchase.
  3. For part saving, where your balance is more than the amount on your Gift Card, you must pay any balance in full at the time of booking.
  4. Gift Cards are used only in a single transaction. No credit or refund will be provided for any balance remaining at completion of your booking.
  5. In the event of a full booking cancellation (that was paid in full or part with your voucher), the appropriate amount will be reinstated and is redeemable against a future booking (within the original expiry date). For part-cancellation e.g. a single basket item, voucher credit is not reinstated.
  6. Book Your Lifestyle reserves the right to decline to accept bookings where, in its opinion, a Gift Card code is invalid for the order being placed.
  7. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless stated in confirmation to you by Book Your Lifestyle. 
  8. Lost or stolen cards are the responsibility of the owner upon receipt unless notified to Book Your Lifestyle within 14 days of purchase.
  9. Book Your Lifestyle reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  10. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD. IF APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
